About these Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions on which we supply gold jewellery (the “Products”) to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide the Products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. We are Jewellery by AA Limited (“we” or “us” ). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 11943379.

Our contract with you
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to inform you of our acceptance, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us, subject to these terms and conditions.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the Products. This might be because the Products is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the Products or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
Our website, https://jewellerybyaa.co.uk, (the “Website”) is solely for the promotion of the Products in the UK Mainland & Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK Mainland & Northern Ireland. Please note that we cannot deliver Products to addresses in the Channel Islands.[RW1]
Your right to make changes
If you wish to make a change to the Products you have ordered, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the Products, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. We make no guarantees that we will be able to accommodate any requests to change the Products.
Providing the Products
The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our Website.[RW2]
We will deliver the Products to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event we will use our best efforts to ensure that deliveries arrive within 48h working h , after the day on which we accept your order. However, we cannot make any guarantees as to the timeframe within which the orders will arrive. Typically, we will send Products to you using the Next working day delivery is available on all items that are in stock and ordered by 10am (Monday to Friday) for delivery the following day between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Orders placed on Friday are guaranteed for Monday delivery but they can be delivered Saturday depending on Royal Mail.
We will not be liable for delays in delivering your Products where such delay is due to reasons outside of our control, if we are aware that, for whatever reason, your delivery will be delayed, we will use our best efforts to contact you.
Please note:
• delivery lead times are extended over public holidays.
If our supply of the Products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay where it is reasonably possible for us to do so. Provided we do this we will not be liable for any delays caused by the event.
After the Royal Mail try to do the delivery and you was not available is you’re responsibility to get the parcel from Royal Mail , after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange the delivery of the Products,and Product return back to us we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery we may end the contract.
If you do not recessive your order
If you do not receive your delivery, we will work together with Royal Mail to attempt to resolve this issue. This process may take us up to 30 days to complete. If we process a refund for you, the date the monies reach your bank account is dependent upon your bank processing the refund.
If you do not receive your delivery, but the courier (Royal Mail) has reasonable evidence to show that the item was delivered to the location that you designated as the delivery point of the Products, we cannot guarantee you a refund. In this case, we will work together with Royal Mail to attempt to solve this issue. Any refunds given in this case shall be at our sole discretion, and shall not be deemed to constitute an acceptance of liability for the loss or failed delivery of your purchase.
The Products will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the Products to the address you gave us.
You own the Products once we have received payment in full.
Your rights to end the contract
Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract:
• Ending the contract because of something we have done or are going to do.
If you are ending a contract for a reason set out at (a) to (d) below, the contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for any of the Products which have not been provided.
The reasons are:
(a) we have told you about an upcoming change to the Products or these terms which you do not agree to;
(b) we have told you about an error in the price or description of the Products you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed;
(c) there is a risk that supply of the Products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control;
• Exercising your right to change your mind
For most of the Products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind YOU MUST CONTACT US IN THE FIRST FIRST 24H AND ANNOUNCE the return and after the announce was made you have 14 days of the date of your purchase returned Products within this 14 day window.
Please note that for health and hygiene reasons earrings / pierced jewellery CANNOT be returned is the seald is open
• How long do I have to change my mind?
In relation to the purchase of Products, you can cancel your order at any time until you receive confirmation from us of our receipt of your order. Please note that this right to cancel does not apply where either:
(a) the Products sold are personalised or bespoke to you (such as engraved items or unstocked rings which are ordered in to size); or personaised
(b) the packaging of the Products is open or shows signs of having been opened or used jewellery
The procedures and terms set out above do not affect your right to reject faulty Products.
How to end the contract with us
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time, providing we receive notice of this cancellation before we have sent our dispatch email to you.
To cancel your order, you will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number. Please contact us at sales@jewellerybyaa.co.uk between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Emails will be acknowledged within 24 hours, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Emails sent on a weekend will not be picked up until the following Monday.
Pricing and payment
Prices for Products throughout the Website are quoted in pounds sterling and payment can only be accepted in pounds sterling. All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices quoted on our Website are applicable exclusively to Products purchased through this Website.
While we make every effort to ensure that the Products shown on our Website are currently available at the price shown on our Website, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If Products you have ordered online are unavailable at the price or conditions shown, you will be notified as soon as possible.
If a pricing error is made on our Website or in the ordering process, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of buying the Products at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we cannot get in contact with you to notify you of the error, your order will be cancelled. In those circumstances, no payment will be taken from you or, if applicable, any payment taken in advance will be refunded.
Your card will be debited once your order is placed, you will then receive an order confirmation email.
We will aim to inform you as soon as possible if there is an issue with the payment authorisation process or with any validation checks for your order. We will not accept your order if payment is not authorised. Where there are issues with the authorisation process or validation checks, your delivery may be delayed as a result

Warranty in relation to Jewellery Purchases
We offer warranty only till the client recessive the order, once the client start wearing the product the warranty stop
Changes to Terms & Conditions for Buying Products Online
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. If this happens, we will post the new terms and conditions on the Website. You are responsible for ensuring that you check our Conditions from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you. If you do not wish your purchases or orders to be governed by the revised terms and conditions, you must not place any further orders. By using the Website or buying Products through the Website, you will be accepting the changes.
Other important terms
By using the Website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or, if you are under 18, that you are accessing the Website with the consent of your parent of guardian. We do not sell Products to children, but we do sell children’s jewellery for purchase by adults.
We may transfer your rights under these terms and conditions to another business where we reasonably believe the Customer’s rights will not be affected. If you breach these terms and conditions and we choose to ignore this, we will not be prevented from using our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach these terms and conditions.
We shall not be responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If you are a business, these terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.
These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the Products. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. No variation of these terms and conditions is binding on us unless agreed by us in writing.

Delivery and returns policy
Delivery

[Office3] We will deliver the Products to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event we will use our best endeavours to ensure that the delivery arrives to you within 48h after the day on which we accept your order.
We will not be liable for delays in delivering your Products where such delay is due to reasons outside of our control, if for whatever reason your delivery will be delayed, we will contact you if it is reasonably possible for us to do so.
Please be aware that once the package left our warehouse we cannot change the direction and we cannot prevent any delays in transit
Please note: delivery lead times are extended over public holidays.
The Products will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the Products to the address you gave us.
You own the Products once we have received payment in full
Returns
If you want to return an item let as know as soon as possible after receiving the item (up 24h), I will provide all information for retund and then you have 14 days to return the item to us.
YOU CANNOT RETURN THE ITEM THAT :
(a) the Products sold are personalised or bespoke to you (such as engraved items or unstocked rings which are ordered in to size); or
(b) the Products are earrings or other piercing jewellery where the packaging of these items has been opened.
(c) the Products shows any signs of wear, or we otherwise have reason to believe that you have worn the Products.
(d) the product was damage when was wearing
The procedures and terms set out above do not affect your right to reject faulty Products.
Ending the contract because of something we have done or are going to do.
If you are ending a contract for a reason set out at (a) to (e) below the contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for any the Products which have not been provided and you may also be entitled to compensation. The reasons are:
(a) we have told you about an upcoming change to the Products or these terms which you do not agree to;
(b) we have told you about an error in the price or description of the Products you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed;
(c) there is a risk that supply of the Products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control;
(d) we have suspended supply of the Products for technical reasons, or notify you we are going to suspend them for technical reasons, in each case for a period of more than 7 days; or
(e) you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.
Your right to return faulty Products
Customers who are in receipt of faulty Products you let us know in the first 24 hours of receiving the Products and then return these products by post.
Please note that you are unable to return any damaged or faulty Products if any damage is directly or indirectly incurred by your actions, including any damage caused by perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure, any other chemical Products and general wear and tear. We shall be under no obligation to repair any Products damaged due to your direct or indirect actions.
Any lost items cannot be replaced or refunded. Missing crystals are not classed as a manufacturing fault, and items with missing crystals outside the 14 day return policy but inside the 6 month can be replaced free of charge, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Gift packaging
We ship our products in box/pouch or any other things just to make sure they arrive save, we do not warranty will came pack separate if you do not purchase gift boxes
For gift package we have 2 option:
1: standard – £1 each box
2: luxury – £6.99
the gift boxes are not refundable
How to end the contract with us.

How to return an item
Return by post – what you need to do:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will endeavour to give you a refund, we do not refund delivery fees on items sent or returned to us unless items are being returned due to a fault. Please note that for health and hygiene reasons earrings / pierced jewellery cannot be returned.
If you are returning a faulty item, we will refund the full postage amount shown on the parcel, back on to the credit/debit card that you used to place the order online.
Place the items into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely in a tamper proof envelope. You should also place a copy of the dispatch note you received with your order into the parcel.
Should you require insurance, we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery Recorded delivery does cover Products if the parcel is lost or damaged.
We are not responsible for loss or damage of items when being returned.
For refunds: once we have assessed the items, the money will be put back on to the credit/debit card that was used to place the order online.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
